where each point equals 1 Rs.
To ensure you have a seamless experience, it's important to maintain a sufficient balance of points in your account. If your point balance runs low, don't worry, you can recharge and top up your account anytime you want.
Please keep in mind that you'll need to have enough points to process any requests. However, if, for any reason, your request isn't processed, we'll happily credit back the deducted points to your account.
You can also convert your points to cash anytime, but we recommend maintaining a balance of at least 50 points to avoid any delays when you find something interesting or would like to sell or swap your items.
Most transactions (except for Free cycles) require points, we truly appreciate the kindness of those who offer items for free. And for those transactions, we'll cover the costs (excluding shipping).
